Summer Recipes Shalizes fresh treat! The best summer salad ever!
A lovely salad with tomatoes, avocado and goat cheese. It tastes good with French bread and cream butter.
This is what you need for 2 portions:
3 tasty juicy tomatoes
150 gram smoked chicken
1 avocado
Some goat cheese, a cube as big as you like it.
1 shallot
All you have to do is cut everything into little pieces!
It will only take you 20 minutes and it's a great combination of ingredients which I have found out myself!

Summer Recipes The salad i love to eat is a mixture of a Caesar salad with a regular salad with different dressing. I use 1 cut romaine lettuce with about 10 shredded up carrots and about half of one shredded up purple cabbage. You also can add cucumber if you want but I never do, then you add about a cup of croutons either plain or garlic flavour, then add half a cup off bacon bits then you mix it all up served with my favourite French dressing instead of the standard creamy Caesar dressing it gives it a real kick with its tangy unique flavour. But it could also be served with the traditional Caesar dressing as well or any kind you like.
